Coach Mel has 20+ years of Human Resources and Operations management experience. She is an expert at empowering others, identifying the skills they have to overcome obstacles and guiding them on their journey to a life filled with purpose. And she’s the ‘go to’ person when it comes to strategically getting shit done. 


Now a certified Yoga Teacher, Yoga Nidra Facilitator, Life Purpose Coach, and Intuitive Guide; Coach Mel has traded in her corporate badge for yoga pants and Oracle cards. She ditched the 9-5 in order to answer her own call as a light bearer and now leads other seekers on their path from problems to purpose. 


When she’s not busy attending networking events or leading yoga meditations, you can find Coach Mel watching the Packers, the Dodgers or the Lakers at her favorite sports bar… because what good intuitive doesn’t love sports…
